Studio Flexible Art Mold #10
15 "Teddy Bear Picnic"
Instructions are for Paper Clay but Makin's Clay® or Polymer Clay can also be used.

SUPPLIES:

  • Sweetbrier Studio™ “Teddy Bear Picnic” Mold #1015

  • Hearty® Air Dry Clay or Paperclay®

  • 3 1/2 by 4 1/4 inch wooden plaque

  • Acrylic Paints: White, brown, black, tan, red.

  • Instant Expressions™- Dry transfer rub-on verses

  • E-Z Rub on transfers—KRE-288 Violets

  • Krylon Workable Fixatif

  • Double stick tape or strong glue like E-6000®.

  • Hardware for hanging the plaque

Molding: Step by Step Paper Clay molding instructions:
To demold, slightly flex the mold while using your thumbs to pull the part loose around all sides. Gently push up on the molded part from the bottom as you flex the mold to lift or tip the part from the mold.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mold one T-2 following manufacturers instructions. Paint the bear with acrylic paint. Allow to dry.

2. Paint the bear as shown above using acrylic paints.
3. Paint wooden plaque with white acrylic paint and let dry.
4. Position the verse rub-on to the front of the plaque following manufacture’s directions.
5. Attach violets to the upper left hand corner following manufacturer’s directions.
6. Spray with Krylon® Workable Fixatif and let dry.
7. Using double stick tape or glue, affix bear to lower right hand corner.
8. Put hanger onto to top middle of the plaque.
